The campaign for Giovanni’s Deliworld was designed to enhance the brand’s perception by emphasising its authentic, family-rooted traditions. Based on the insight that people seek authenticity and connection, the concept "Taste the Tradition" invited customers to experience the history, love, and passion behind every dish. The campaign "Nonna Knows Best" positioned Giovanni’s as more than a deli. Rather, it was positioned into a destination where customers connect with the brand’s story, people, and heritage. By leveraging compelling storytelling and strategic messaging across multiple platforms, the campaign celebrated Giovanni’s legacy and built a deeper emotional connection with the audience.
